Chef, Lauro Medaglia, started his first restaurant in Tampa over 20 years ago, and has established a faithful clientele. He began his career in Italy at a young age. Lauro spent several years in London working at the finest restaurants and hotels training under some of the best chefs to enrich his experiences.
